Each day = 24 hours from your setup time, and any remaining hours beyond full days are billed hourly, capped at the next day rate. Pricing depends on rental duration, number of sticker designs, and customizations — not which machine you choose. Every rental includes stickers, blank folders, front display branding, production support, and white glove setup by an SFT Producer.

A $2,500 creative and production services fee applies to every rental. Customizations like premium sticker types, custom backing paper, tokens, machine wraps, and additional quantities are available as add-ons.

Brand Betty is a 4-slot machine built for maximum brand visibility — taller, dual front displays with roughly 2.5 times the branding space, and holds up to 1,000 folders. My Little Friend is a compact 3-slot machine with a flat top surface for staging props, greenery, or signage. It holds up to 450 folders and fits naturally into styled environments. Both are fully mechanical (no power needed) and fully wrappable.

Yes. Sticker Fun Time is based in Chicago, IL (60625) and serves the entire Chicagoland area within 100 miles. Local delivery is included for events within 10 miles. Distance-based fees apply beyond that: +$75 for 11–20 miles, +$150 for 21–40 miles, +$300 for 41–70 miles, and +$500 for 71–100 miles.

Yes. Sticker Fun Time serves events across the United States — New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Austin, Nashville, Denver, San Francisco, Atlanta, Dallas, Kansas City, Minneapolis, Seattle, Boston, Las Vegas, Orlando, Phoenix, Detroit, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., Houston, Charlotte, Portland, San Diego, Salt Lake City, New Orleans, Indianapolis, Milwaukee, Columbus, St. Louis, Tampa, and anywhere in between. Nationwide events include a $2,000 logistics fee covering shipping and up to 2 days of unit downtime.

Delivery is included within 10 miles for Chicagoland events. Additional fees may apply based on distance, venue type, and execution requirements. Convention centers (+$250), non-ground-level venues without an elevator (+$80), non-traditional hours between 8PM and 8AM (+$150), and extended waiting time beyond 30 minutes (+$50 per 30 min). Customizations like premium stickers, machine wraps, custom tokens, and backing paper are priced separately.

Sticker production is $150 per design with 100 stickers included per design. Standard and die cut stickers are included at that price. Kiss cut and hang tag cuts add +$100 per design. Sticker sheets add +$150 per sheet design. Premium materials like holographic, glitter, fabric, reflective, and glow in the dark range from +$25 to +$100 per design on top of the base rate.

Yes. Custom activation design, engagement mechanics, and creative production are quoted per project. If you need SFT onsite beyond standard setup and teardown, or require additional staffing, that is fully custom and scoped per project. Talk to a Producer to discuss your activation goals.

Our ideal lead time is 4–6 weeks. The standard booking minimum is 3 weeks out from your event — past that, projects enter rush production (per-day fees on stickers and custom folders between 2 and 3 weeks out). SFT cannot guarantee execution under 2 weeks. Custom tokens require a 6-week lead time (30 days out is the hard deadline).
