Sticker Fun Time is based in Chicago, IL and rents custom sticker vending machines locally and nationwide. Local events are produced within 100 miles of Chicago. Nationwide events include coast to coast, border to border. New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Austin, Nashville, Denver, San Francisco, Atlanta, Dallas, Kansas City, Minneapolis, Seattle, Boston, Las Vegas, Orlando, Phoenix, Detroit, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., Houston, Charlotte, Portland, San Diego, Salt Lake City, New Orleans, Indianapolis, Milwaukee, Columbus, St. Louis, Tampa, Raleigh, Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Baltimore, Sacramento, San Antonio — anywhere in the U.S.

Local delivery from Chicago is included for events within 10 miles. Fees increase by distance zone: +$75 for 11–20 miles, +$150 for 21–40 miles, +$300 for 41–70 miles, and +$500 for 71–100 miles. All local deliveries include two trips — load in and load out.

Yes. Sticker Fun Time rents across the United States. Every nationwide event includes an in market SFT Producer for load in and load out. Self-serve rental is also available for clients who want to manage setup and return themselves.

Self-serve is a +$1,000 add-on for nationwide events. The machine ships in a hard case and arrives the day before or on load in date. The client manages setup and return with access to offsite support. The fee covers additional logistics coordination and two extra days of unit downtime. A $1,000/day late return fee applies if the client delays handoff past the agreed return date. This is triggered by client delays, not carrier transit delays.

Additional fees may apply based on venue and execution requirements. Convention centers (+$250) cover parking, extended hand-carry, and additional labor. Non-ground-level venues without elevator access (+$80), non-traditional hours between 8PM–8AM (+$150), and extended waiting time beyond 30 minutes (+$50 per 30 min).

Load in takes approximately 20–30 minutes and includes machine setup, sticker prep, and dispense testing. Load out takes approximately 10–15 minutes. For local and nationwide produced events, SFT handles both. Self-serve clients manage setup and return using provided instructions with access to offsite support.
