Dispense style is two parts: how guests access the machine and how stickers are dispensed. Together, they shape the energy, anticipation, and meaning behind each pull.
How dispense works
How guests reach the machine, and what's waiting when they pull — together they set the energy of the moment.
SFT runs two machines — both work with either access method.

Slide or Twist ▸ Sticker Fun Time!
Guests walk up to the machine and pull the slide on the slot of their choice to dispense a sticker, packaged in a cardstock folder.

Earn a token ▸ Use the token ▸ Sticker Fun Time!
Tokens are earned through a client managed action and then used to dispense a sticker, packaged in a cardstock folder. Tokens provide controlled access and additional engagement opportunities.

Every slot loaded with the same sticker so each guest pulls the same design. Perfect for collectibles, tours, or single-statement power-moments.

Open Access lets guests walk up and pull with no barrier — your hand is the only gate. Token Required means guests need a branded token to activate the slot. The difference is guest behavior: Open Access means guests can pull multiple times and gravitate toward designs they want, so fewer designs work best. Token Required controls access to one pull per token, so you can run more designs without waste. Both are free for the guest — the token controls access, not price.
It depends on your dispense method. For Open Access events, 4 or fewer designs work best — when guests can pull freely, they gravitate toward designs they want, creating waste. For Token Required events, you can run more designs because each guest gets one pull and keeps what they get. The right number depends on your activation goals, guest count, and whether access is controlled.
A Token Required activation gates the sticker vending machine — guests need a branded token to dispense. Tokens are earned through a client managed action: visiting a booth, completing a challenge, attending a session, checking in at registration, or any action the client wants to incentivize. The token turns the pull into a reward, not just a handout.
Yes. Each column on the machine is independently loaded. You can run one design per column, multiple designs per column, or a mix. You control the quantity per column and the order stickers are loaded. For golden ticket activations, a specific sticker can be placed at a specific position in a specific column — placement is engineered, not random.
A golden ticket is a special sticker design placed at a precise position in a specific column. When a guest pulls and gets the golden ticket, it can be redeemed for a prize, upgrade, experience, or perk. Because placement is controlled — not random — you decide exactly when in the event the golden ticket appears. It's engineered surprise and delight.
Every Token Required rental includes standard Sticker Fun Time tokens. Custom tokens — your logo, your brand colors, your design — are available as an add-on (min order 1,000 tokens, 6 week lead from artwork approval, $850). Custom tokens turn the token itself into a branded keepsake and part of the activation experience.
One method per event. All columns use the same dispense method — either Open Access or Token Required. The method is configured before delivery based on the activation design.
Mono loads every column with the same design so each guest pulls the same sticker. It's ideal for collectibles, tours, or single-statement power-moments where consistency is the goal.
Solo fills each column with its own design — guests see the options and choose their pull. Great for product launches, self identifiers, or letting the crowd vote.
Random shuffles designs across all columns so guests never know what they're pulling until it's in their hands. Great for group assignments, ice breakers, micro quests, or anywhere random is the point.
Custom gives you full control over what goes where and when it's pulled. Set which designs load in each column, how many, and the order guests pull them. Great for multi-sponsor activations, golden ticket drops, or anywhere strategy needs to meet the pull.
