What's included

Quantity is set per design. 100 stickers come included for $150 flat, the minimum varies by sticker type (1–25), and each design is priced independently — scale one up without touching the rest.

Per Folder

What fits inside

Every sticker dispenses inside a 3″×4.5″ folder. Most hold a single item — one sticker, or one sticker sheet. A folder can take up to four stickers, and the folder itself can be customized.

Per Machine

How much it holds

Folders load into machine slots. Most folders hold a single sticker — so a machine's folder count is roughly its sticker count for one fill. Capacity is your ceiling; restocks extend it, and thicker sticker types reduce it slightly.

Stickers per folder

  • Every folder can hold a different design — unique individual stickers, spread across your folders, is completely fine.
  • One sticker per folder is the most common setup; up to four can share a folder, as long as they don't overlap.
  • A sticker sheet counts as one sticker.

Thicker types reduce capacity slightly — Heavy Duty Vinyl, Reflective, Glow in the Dark, Embossed and Static Cling. Run 1 to 10+ designs; each slot can hold one design or several.

How many stickers are included with a sticker vending machine rental?+

Every design comes with 100 stickers included at the $150 per design rate. A 4-design rental starts at 400 stickers total, a 10-design rental starts at 1,000. Each design can be scaled up or down independently based on your event.

What's the minimum sticker quantity per design?+

The minimum varies by sticker type, ranging from 1 to 25 per design. Production costs are fixed regardless of volume, so ordering fewer stickers doesn't reduce the cost. Your SFT producer can help determine the right quantity for each design.

Can I order different quantities for each sticker design?+

Yes. Each design is ordered independently. One design can have 250 stickers while another has 50 — quantities are set per design based on your activation goals.

How do I figure out how many stickers I need for my event?+

It depends on three things: how many designs you want, your guest count and event length, and your dispense method. Open pull events work best with 4 or fewer designs to reduce waste. Token or restricted pull events let you run more designs because each guest gets one pull. Your SFT producer helps dial in the right numbers.

Does the price go down if I order fewer stickers?+

No. Lower quantities cost more per unit because print setup costs are fixed regardless of volume. The most cost-efficient range is 100–250 per design.

Can I reorder stickers during a multi-day event?+

Yes — rush restocks can be arranged for multi-day activations and high-volume events. Lead times apply, so talk to your producer early; planning ahead is always cheaper than rush orders.

How much does it cost to add more stickers to a vending machine rental?+

Additional stickers are priced per individual design in flat tiers — the cost is set by the total quantity per design: 25–100 is included, 101–150 adds $25, 151–250 adds $50, 251–300 adds $100, 301–400 adds $150, 401–700 adds $200, and 701–1,000 adds $350. Each design hits its own tier independently — in a 10-design order, one design at 300 and another at 130 land in different tiers.

Why does SFT recommend fewer designs for open pull events?+

When guests can pull freely with no restriction and there are multiple designs available, they'll pull repeatedly until they get the one they want. This burns through stickers, creates waste, and leaves folders on the ground. Four or fewer designs keeps the experience clean and your quantity planning tight. For larger design sets, token or restricted pull events give you more control.

How many sticker designs can a vending machine hold?+

It depends on the machine. My Little Friend has 3 slots and holds about 450 folders; Brand Betty has 4 slots and holds about 1,000. You can run anywhere from 1 to 10+ designs depending on your activation — each slot can hold one design or multiple, depending on your dispense setup.
