Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between die cut and kiss cut stickers?+

Die cut: both the sticker and backing are cut to the shape of the design — the shape IS the sticker. Kiss cut: only the sticker is cut to shape, while the backing stays rectangular (sized to fit the sticker, 2″×2″ to 3″×4.5″), making it easier to peel. Kiss cut also lets you print on the backing.

What shape can my stickers come in?+

Any shape. Square, circle, and rectangle are the standard options, but die cut stickers can be cut to any custom shape — your logo, a mascot, a product outline, anything. As long as it fits inside the 3″×4.5″ folder, it works.

Can I mix cut types in the same machine?+
Yes. Each slot is independently loaded, so you can run die cuts in one slot, kiss cuts in another, and a sticker sheet in a third. Mix and match however you want. Learn more about dispense style
Do different cut types cost more?+

Standard shapes and die cut are included in the $150 per design base price. Kiss cut and hang tag add +$100 per design. Sticker sheets add +$150 per sheet design. Material and quantity upgrades are priced separately on top of the cut type.

What is a sticker sheet?+

A sticker sheet is a single 3″×4.5″ backing sheet with multiple smaller stickers printed on it. Guests peel individual stickers off the sheet. Great for collectible sets, multi-piece designs, or giving guests more stickers per pull.

What is a hang tag sticker?+

A hang tag is a die cut sticker with a punched hanger hole. It works as flair, an ornament, a bag tag, or a traditional sticker — guests choose how to use it. The backing paper is customizable on both sides.

Can I customize the backing paper?+
Yes — the outside and inside backing paper can both be customized with URLs, QR codes, CTAs, campaign copy, or gamification elements. It's an additional $60 per side, per sticker design. Learn more about backing paper
