The Armour & Ambassador
Each sticker has a peelable paper liner called backing paper that protects the adhesive until the sticker is ready to be applied. It always matches the exact cut of the sticker, unless using a kiss cut, sticker sheet, or hang tag — then it extends past and surrounds the sticker.
On certain sticker styles the outside and inside backing paper can be customized to include additional information like URLs, QR codes, CTAs, campaign copy, gamification elements, discounts, rewards, or extra space for layered storytelling!

What is backing paper customization?+
Backing paper is the peelable liner that protects the adhesive on every sticker. On select sticker types, the outside (seen before peeling) and inside (seen after peeling) can be printed with custom designs — URLs, QR codes, CTAs, campaign copy, gamification elements, or hidden messages.
How much does custom backing paper cost?+
Custom backing paper is an additional $60 per side, per sticker design. You can customize one side (outside or inside) or both sides. The backing paper uses the same finish as the sticker and requires a 2mm safety margin + 2mm bleed.
Which sticker types support custom backing paper?+
Custom backing paper is available on Standard Vinyl, Holographic, Pixie Dust, Mirror, Clear, Kiss Cut, Sticker Sheet, and Hang Tag stickers. Not all sticker types support this customization.
